FINDING STRENGTH,HEALING & MY DREAM! (PART1)
There was a time in my life when I thought my dreams would never come true. Grief, illness, and moments of deep self-doubt seemed to hold me back at every turn. I often felt as though life had placed me on pause while the world carried on without me.
But through those difficult years, I slowly discovered something I didn’t know I had — strength.
Living with Grief
Grief has a way of changing you. It doesn’t disappear, and it doesn’t follow a straight line. It lingers in your heart and shapes the way you see the world. For a long time, I felt like it was impossible to move forward with it. But over time, I realised that grief doesn’t mean the end of who we are — it becomes part of our story.
Instead of trying to leave it behind, I began to carry it with me, allowing it to remind me of love, of beauty, and of how precious life truly is.
Learning Through Illness
Illness has been another teacher in my journey. There were days when it felt like my body was betraying me, taking away the energy and freedom I once had. It forced me to slow down, to listen, and to adapt.
But it also taught me resilience. It showed me that even on the hardest days, I could still hold onto hope. And that hope became the spark that helped me imagine something more for myself.
